- Check Cash drawer's lock properly
- Check Office lock
- All Air Conditioners should be powered off
- All Washroom should be properly cleaned
- All light of restaurant out side board need to be powered off
- Liq. store, dry store, Walk-In should be locked & keys need to be handover to Guard
- Check out all the windows & shut it all
- Lock the gate, front gate, back gate
- Every Water Taps of all floor need to close
- Ex-haust fan, Cooler of kitchen should be power odd
- Check all gas pipeline of kitchen it need to be closed properly
- All computers of all floor should be shut down
- Check out the DJ console every machine need to be powered off
- Lock both doors of brewery
- all lights should powered off at closing
