1. anil electrican and mishra (brewary operator) is operating the ETP plant and RO plant.
2. duties of both to keep ETP plant neat and clean and funcationg it properly.
3. all maintenance work in the restaurant is under anil. his duty to check all equpments in the restaurant and do services of all fridges, motors, AC filters, RO reacharge time to time.
4. check all lights or bulbs in the restaurant
5. clean all the kitchen fridges filters once in a month.
6. check ice cube machine must working normally
7. Green wall ( garden area) is maintaned by HIRA LAL the gardener. he comes around 8am and do his work and maintened the garden. he grows the plants on the roof top. doing his work properly.
8. these all work is done under the supervison of RAJIV and CHAMAN LAL ( the managment trainee )
