##### Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
|
|||
|
|
* Facilitates the communication between the kitchen and the service staff
|
|||
|
|
* Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
|
|||
|
|
* Verifies food orders
|
|||
|
|
* Communicates with management and servers in regards to menu changes throughout service
|
|||
|
|
* Notifies servers for food pick up
|
|||
|
|
* Delivers food as required
|
|||
|
|
* Prepares leftover food for take out
|
|||
|
|
* Ensure set up of pass area at the beginning of every shift
|
|||
|
|
* Prepare and place garnishes on the appropriate food items
|
|||
|
|
* Prepare trays for servers with the correct plates to ensure delivery efficiency
|
|||
|
|
* Complete side duties as required including, polishing silverware, restaurant set up, and filling of condiments
|
|||
|
|
* Assists the section holders in keeping the side station tidy.
|
|||
|
|
* To maintain a high standard of ethical behaviour
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
