Upgraded to twitter bootstrap 2.1.1 Table formatting using twitter table Cleaned up old cruft. Had accidently misplaced BaseController, fixed. base.mako made fully html. Changed certain permissions from specific to authenticated, need to check further such problems and change them. They prevented the user from vieweing lists in other forms.
