Updated the docker and ansible files for setting up and building / running rasberry pi with the frank service

Still need to manually copy the new id_rsa created on the pi to knox.

Update frank to latest arq. We are having issues with duplicate kots being printed. This might be because the server arq is updated.
...
Also added the frank service and build frank script to the frank playbook so that new containers can be built on the device when ansible is not an option

Fix: Kots should be sorted by date as a relationship of the voucher. This was causing them to appear in random order in sales.

Breaking: Discount is applicable on sale category and not on menu category

Fix the import, etc on this.
While entering discount in sale, it checks the max allowed.

Fix: Reports were not working as they were not adapted to the new Enums

Fix: The docker image borked on printing as it did not have the en_IN locale
Fix: Angular errored as it needed typescript < 4.1.0
Fix: chd yml had a typo in host name
