Opening Checklist
  1. Morning duty starts from 9am for House Keeping till and 10:30 for service staff.
  2. Its restaurent supervisor or managers duty to ensure that every one is reporting in time.
  3. for supervisor to make sure that all cleaning work dune properly ( dusting of tables and chairs, side stations hostest desk and floor should cleaned )
  4. all dustbin washed and placed on thair places. toilet should cleaned and washed properly all mirror also cleanned with coline.
  5. check requirments for bar and restaurant to issue from the store.
  6. check that all AC Coumputer are funcationing normally
  7. ensure that all restaurant work (dusting, cleaning, layout of restaurant and side station cleaning ) done in time and restaurant should open in time.
  8. lights CCtv should working normally.
  9. check ETP plant and RO plant should working normally.
  10. check the water tank both under ground and top one should have enough water for operation.
  11. roof top and rectable roof must clean regulerly. 12**. For bar supervisor must have enough stock for the day operation. and maintain all excise and bar and store register daily basis in the morning.**
