1. Check **Cash drawer's lock** properly
2. Check **Office** lock
3. All **Air Conditioners** should be powered off
4. All Washroom should be properly cleaned
5. All light of restaurant out side board need to be powered off
6. Liq. store, dry store, Walk-In should be locked & keys need to be handover to Guard
7. Check out all the windows & shut it all
8. Lock the gate, front gate, back gate
9. Every Water Taps of all floor need to close
10. Ex-haust fan, Cooler of kitchen should be power odd
11. Check all gas pipeline of kitchen it need to be closed properly
12. All computers of all floor should be shut down
13. Check out the DJ console every machine need to be powered off
14. Lock both doors of brewery
15. all lights should powered off at closing
